Palamatic has always been committed to providing clients with first rate customer service. Our dedicated service department was established to provide customers with after sales service and support throughout the lifespan of their handling equipment. And many years on they are still travelling the World helping to maintain client equipment investments, provide training, to advise on the latest product updates or to offer equipment refurbishment to meet the clients needs. 

Taking up a service contract plan for your equipment gives you peace of mind that your lifting systems are fully up to date, and allows possible improved allocation of your labour resources, dates can be arranged to suit your production requirements and proves more cost effective than a breakdown call out charge
